Returns & Shipping


We hope you love your purchase, but if it doesn’t work, our return policy is the same online as it is in store. We will gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase, for store credit or exchange ONLY. Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, show no signs of damage, and have all original tags attached. 

Personalized items, including invitations and stationery, custom orders, candles, perishable items and all sale items are FINAL SALE.

Please ship back via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. 

SHIPPING NOTICE: We are currently open and shipping your orders! We primarily ship USPS and have recently experienced pick up and delivery delays. We apologize for these delays and thank you for your understanding and patience! If you need rush delivery service, please contact us at and we will do our best to figure out an alternate shipping method.

All online orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days, holidays excluded. In the event that an item you ordered is sold out or on backorder, we will notify you within 24 hours. 

Our current shipping rate varies by location. If the size or weight of an object causes the shipping to increase by a large margin, the customer will be notified, and an additional fee may be assessed. If we are able to ship First Class, we will go in and refund the difference in shipping. 

We ship USPS or UPS. Please allow for processing and handling time. All orders should be received within 7-10 business days.
