Returns & Shipping

We hope you love your purchase, but if it doesn’t work, our return policy is the same online as it is in store. We will gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase, for store credit or exchange ONLY. Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, show no signs of damage, and have all original tags attached. 

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
ALL seasonal items must be returned by December 24th for a full store credit. Any holiday items returned after that date will receive a credit for the discounted price.

Personalized items, including invitations and stationery, custom orders, candles and all sale items are FINAL SALE.

To return an item, please fill out the return form included in your order, and ship to:

Please ship back via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. 
 
Shipping

All online orders will be shipped the next business day, holidays excluded. In the event that an item you ordered is sold out or on backorder, we will notify you within 24 hours. 

Our current shipping rate is $7.00. If the size or weight of an object causes the shipping to increase by a large margin, the customer will be notified, and an additional fee may be assessed.

We ship USPS Priority Mail. Please allow for processing and handling time. All orders should be received within 7-10 business days.
