Holiday Return Policy

ALL seasonal items must be returned by December 10th for store credit or exchange ONLY. Seasonal items are not eligible for return after December 10th.
Non holiday items must be returned by:
Saturday, January 11th.
for store credit or exchange ONLY
Items must be in their original packaging, unopened and have all tags still attached. Personalized items, food, candles and all sale items are FINAL SALE.

  RETURN POLICY

We hope you love your purchase, but if it doesn’t work, our return policy is the same online as it is in store. We will gladly accept returns within 10 days of purchase, for store credit or exchange ONLY. Bridal Registry items must be returned within 30 days of the wedding date. Items must be in their original packaging, unopened, show no signs of damage, and have all original tags attached. 

Personalized items, including invitations and stationery, custom orders, candles, perishable items and all sale items are FINAL SALE.

To return an item, please fill out the return form in your order, and ship to:

Please ship back via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. 

SHIPPING 

All online orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days, holidays excluded. In the event that an item you ordered is sold out or on backorder, we will notify you within 24 hours. 

Our shipping rates vary by location and the size/weight of your order. If we are able to ship USPS First Class or for less than standard shipping, we will go in and refund the difference in shipping. If the size/weight of an object causes the shipping to increase by a large margin, the customer will be notified, and an additional fee may be assessed.

We are unable to ship large orders at this time. If an order is considered oversize, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the order.

We ship USPS or UPS. Please allow for processing and handling time. All orders should be received within 7-10 business days. 

Would you rather pick up in store?  Please select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will gladly hold your item in store.

Due to the increase in shipping costs, select oversize items are available as Local Pickup ONLY. If an item is only available for pickup, it will say it under the item's description.
